Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) rzp88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. rzp88 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with an individual found to hold multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your rzp88 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate. rzp88 may request documentary verification of any account information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rzp88 login credentials. rzp88 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone. You agree to notify rzp88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. rzp88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Funds deposited into your rzp88 account may only be used for gaming activity on the rzp88 platform. rzp88 player funds are held in accounts segregated from rzp88's operational funds. rzp88 does not pay interest on player account balances.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be deemed inactive. rzp88 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as specified in the applicable fee schedule. rzp88 will make reasonable efforts to contact account holders before applying inactivity fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rzp88, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or related to your use of the rzp88 platform, including but not limited to:
rzp88's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rzp88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rzp88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or where rzp88 determines that continued account operation poses a risk to rzp88 or its users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, rzp88 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the user's registered payment method.
You may request the voluntary closure of your rzp88 account at any time by contacting live support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Nothing in this clause limits rzp88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in relation to a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.
